Finance manager Funding Team
We are looking for a specialist to join the Funding team — a department responsible for providing financing to companies and acquiring new clients through partners. This role is well suited to someone who is comfortable working in a repetitive daily cycle where the cost of errors is high. Accuracy with numbers, strong deadline discipline, and the ability to keep track of multiple parallel statuses are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of companies: organize and monitor payments from clients.
- Maintain active communication with partners regarding ongoing operations and the planning of new ones.
- Initiate the preparation of payment documentation (contracts, completion certificates, invoices).
- Maintain records in internal registers and oversee all stages through to receipt of payment.
- Close the transaction cycle: collect signed documents and archive them.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Tax, and Accounting teams on matters related to assigned transactions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in financial operations: fintech operations, treasury, payments, or international trade.
- Strong understanding of primary financial documents: Agreement, Certificate of Service Acceptance, Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Payment Confirmation.
- Understanding of international payment mechanics: SWIFT and SEPA, differences in processing times and costs, fee options (OUR/SHA/BEN), reasons for payment returns and bank queries.
- Experience working with a task tracker (Jira or equivalent), with the ability to independently manage tasks and deadlines.
- Written English at B1–B2 level: business correspondence and reading contracts and invoices.
- Ability to manage 15–25 active interactions in parallel.
- Strong attention to detail as a key competency: errors in amounts or payment details can stop a payment.
- Proactive communication skills: timely escalation when there is a risk of missing deadlines.

- Experience working in a holding company or group of companies with intercompany settlements.
- Basic understanding of compliance and KYC procedures.
- Experience with cryptocurrency settlements (USDT): wallets, transaction hashes, and proof of transfer.
- Experience working with legal and tax advisors when preparing agreements.
- Background in IT, fintech, or the payments industry.
