Jira Analyst

We're growing our team and looking for a Jira Analyst to take ownership of Jira and Confluence development and configuration, while acting as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation. Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes
• Drive change management initiatives and gather structured feedback from stakeholders
• Collect and formalize business requirements, translating them into technical system configuration
• Design and align technical solution architecture within system constraints
• Drive continuous process improvement based on performance metrics and feedback
• Run workshops, demos, and training sessions for internal teams

Requirements

• Ability to identify process bottlenecks, formalize them into clear requirements, and propose solutions within technical constraints
• Strong systems thinking and risk management skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and convey the value of change
• Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Technical background: REST API, JSON, basic JavaScript, databases, understanding of client-server interaction
• Experience administering Jira (Cloud and/or Data Center): workflow, permission, notification, screen, and field schemes
• Understanding of Jira's data structure: issue types, statuses, transitions, custom fields
• Solid command of JQL: filters, reports, bulk operations
• Experience configuring Jira Automation
• Basic Confluence administration experience: spaces, access permissions, templates
• Experience building dashboards and reporting (Rich Filters, Custom Charts)
• Experience with Jira Plans, Structure, Advanced Roadmaps, or Big Picture

Nice to have

• Experience with n8n or similar automation tools (Make, Zapier, Albato)
• Experience implementing AI-driven solutions
• Atlassian certification
