Responsibilities

  • Interaction with current and seek potential SMS providers in various regions upon request.
  • Regularly engaging with providers regarding compliance with regulatory norms.
  • Collaboration with SMS providers to identify and rectify potential errors in the services provided.
  • Preparing data for contracts.
  • Internal communication with various departments regarding SMS matters.
  • Complication various reports as requested by the manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience working with external providers.
  • Experience in conducting business correspondence in English (email, messengers, Skype).
  • Strong communication skills, autonomy, ability to gather information independently, and work autonomously.
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools (a plus).
  • Experience in service integrations via APIs (a plus).
  • Fluency Russian and English will be must.
