Atlassian Engineer

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and optimize our Atlassian stack, including Jira and Confluence. You will create and maintain projects and spaces, implement automations and integrations, develop documentation, and collaborate with teams to deliver the best solutions that balance business needs and system capabilities. Responsibilities

• Administration of the Atlassian stack: creation, configuration, and maintenance of projects and spaces in Jira and Confluence using all available features and tools, user and group management, assigning permissions, etc.
• Creation and support of cross-service automations and integrations using low-code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier) and others.
• Development and maintenance of user and internal documentation.
• Collaboration with company employees to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Implementation of optimal solutions: balancing business requirements with system capabilities.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge in managing and using Jira and Confluence, with an understanding of service architecture;
• Experience in development with JS, Groovy, Python for scripting and implementing automations;
• English (B1) – capable of reading technical documentation and specialized forums, able to compose written requests to English-speaking technical support if needed;
• Motivation to acquire new knowledge by solving complex problems;
• Responsible, able to handle multiple tasks in parallel, take ownership of tasks independently, and assist colleagues.
