Responsibilities

  • Completing of the necessary forms and applications
  • Review and update files with corporate documents of the company.
  • Review and update KYC of directors, shareholders, secretary, signatories.
  • Systematize, collect, and store data on decision-making and reporting.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with completing forms and applications.
  • Experience in collecting and verifying KYC documents such as IDs, utility bills, and corporate information.
  • Ability to work with different teams

    Experience maintaining both electronic and paper archives.

  • Good in English (for drafting emails, communicating with clients and documents).
  • Russian language fluent (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
