Responsibilities
- Completing of the necessary forms and applications
- Review and update files with corporate documents of the company.
- Review and update KYC of directors, shareholders, secretary, signatories.
- Systematize, collect, and store data on decision-making and reporting.
Requirements
- Familiarity with completing forms and applications.
- Experience in collecting and verifying KYC documents such as IDs, utility bills, and corporate information.

Ability to work with different teams
Experience maintaining both electronic and paper archives.
- Good in English (for drafting emails, communicating with clients and documents).
- Russian language fluent (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
