Corporate Advisor (Licenses)

Responsibilities

• Legal support for obtaining offshore and local gambling licenses
• Legal support for companies after obtaining licenses
• Development of documents (contracts, additional agreements, etc.) – development of new forms/templates, verification of correctness, amendments, including in English.
• Handling complaints (preparing responses to complaints, appealing them)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Relevant experience in licensing companies related to the gambling sector (ideally with offshore licenses) from 1 year
• English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher
• Experience with European and international jurisdictions (Curacao, IOM, BVI, etc.) will be advantageous
• Experience in compliance procedures
• Skills in developing contracts and agreements with international counterparties
