Responsibilities

Licensing & Regulatory

• Managing the full licensing cycle (offshore and onshore): preparation, submission, and сопровождение (end-to-end support)
• Communication with regulators and handling regulatory requests
• Maintaining licenses (renewals, amendments)
• Ensuring compliance with licensing requirements

Licensing Process Coordination

• Coordination with agents, legal advisors, and service providers across various jurisdictions
• Collection, analysis, and preparation of documentation required for licensing

Jurisdictional Research & Analysis

• Researching new markets: regulatory requirements, risks, and timelines
• Preparing legal overviews and recommendations on jurisdiction selection
• Assessing corporate and licensing structures for incorporation

Product & Launch Support

• Advising on market entry from a regulatory perspective
• Reviewing websites, user flows, and content for compliance
• Assessing bonuses, promotions, and product mechanics

Compliance & Monitoring

• Monitoring websites for compliance with regulatory requirements
• Reviewing key documents (T&Cs, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming)
• Ensuring compliance with AML/CTF, KYC, and advertising regulations
• Identifying risks and providing recommendations

Documentation

• Drafting and updating AML/CTF, KYC, T&Cs, Privacy Policy, and other policies
• Adapting documentation to different jurisdictions
• Ensuring alignment between documentation and actual operations

Corporate & Strategic Support

• Supporting company incorporations and corporate structure changes
• Assisting with audits and compliance reviews
• Assessing legal risks and supporting business decision-making

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience (licensing / compliance / legal)
• Practical experience with offshore licenses (e.g., Curaçao, Anjouan)
• Understanding of online gambling regulatory frameworks
• Experience interacting with regulators and/or agents
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and manage multiple tasks
