Responsibilities

Business Partnership & People Performance

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Align workforce planning with business growth plans and financial targets.
  • Support leaders in performance management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify people-related risks (attrition, overload, capability gaps) and propose mitigation actions.

Recruitment & Workforce Stability

  • Own hiring strategy, priorities, and execution.
  • Ensure recruitment plans are realistic, prioritized, and aligned with business capacity.
  • Participate in hiring decisions for key and critical roles.
  • Support workforce stability and retention initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure effective execution of core HR processes: onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding, time off.
  • Collaborate with the HR Core Team on compliance, documentation, and regulatory matters.
  • Ensure HR processes are scalable, transparent, and consistently applied.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Support leadership alignment on role clarity and accountability.
  • Facilitate structured performance discussions and feedback cycles.
  • Contribute to organizational design and team effectiveness initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as HR Director / Head of HR / HR Business Partner with end-to-end responsibility for building and developing the HR function.
  • Proven experience building HR systems and processes from scratch.
  • Background in startups, transformation environments, and fast-changing organizations.
  • Strong experience partnering with CEOs and C-level leadership teams.
  • Solid expertise in workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience owning recruitment strategy and execution, including leadership and critical roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and core people processes.
  • Experience managing HR teams (HR Generalists, Recruiters).
  • Experience working with outsourced HR / payroll / compliance providers.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance people, growth, and financial priorities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of ownership, maturity, and confidentiality.
  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
