Process / Project Manager

We are looking for a specialist to analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes, manage change initiatives, and implement improvements based on data and feedback. The role operates at the intersection of business and IT: from identifying bottlenecks and formalizing requirements to designing technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and working within Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes.
• Manage change initiatives (Change Management) and collect structured feedback from stakeholders.
• Design and align technical architecture to support process and system changes.
• Drive continuous process improvement based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for internal teams.

Requirements

• Ability to identify process bottlenecks, formalize them into clear requirements, and propose solutions within technical constraints.
• Strong systems thinking and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with diverse audiences and clearly articulate the value of proposed changes to internal stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Technical background, including understanding of REST APIs, JSON, basic JavaScript, and databases.
• Knowledge of client-server interactions

Nice to have:

• Experience with n8n or similar automation tools (Make, Zapier, Albato)
• AI experience and implementation skills
