Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager with experience working with Banks, EMIs, PSPs and other financial providers to manage and support corporate and individual clients. The role covers the full cycle of account opening, KYC/KYB, SOF/SOW, periodic reviews, payment-related matters, and direct communication with banks and financial providers. Previous experience in iGaming and Forex/CFD is required, along with a strong understanding of international and high-risk clients, corporate structures and transaction flows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and individual clients and act as their main point of contact for banking-related matters. 
• Assess clients' business models, jurisdictions, ownership structures and banking/payment requirements. 
• Identify suitable banks, EMIs, PSPs, ac based on each client' 
• Manage the end-to-end corporate and personal account opening 
• Prepare and review KYC/KYB documentation
• Coordinate Source of Funds (SOF), Source of Wealth (SOW), business activities.
• Liaise directly with banks, EMIs and other financial providers regarding applications, additional information requests and ongoing account matters.
• Manage periodic KYC/KYB and ensure requests are completed within required deadlines.
• Support clients with account management
• Assist with payment-related matters, including payment requests, rejected/returned payments and investigations.
• Coordinate internally with Compliance, Legal, Finance and other departments where required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, provider information and case statuses.
• Monitor ongoing cases and ensure agreed internal SLAs and service standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and financial providers.
• Identify potential issues early and escalate complex or high-risk cases when required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Banking, Payments, FinTech, EMI/PSP or Financial Services. 
• Previous experience with iGaming and Forex/CFD industries is required.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/KYB, corporate onboarding, EDD, SOF/SOW and periodic reviews.
• Experience working with Banks, EMIs, PSPs, Acquirers and Crypto Providers.
• Ability to assess business models, corporate structures, transaction flows and jurisdictions.
• Experience with international and high-risk clients.
• Strong client relationship, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Fluent English and Russian
