Senior Marketing Specialist

Development and execution of marketing materials (one-pagers, brochures, presentations, etc.)
Creating and improving presentations for sales, partnerships, and conferences
End-to-end coordination of printed materials and merchandise:
- vendor selection
- budgeting
- quality and timeline control
Website content management (CMS):
- content planning and publishing
- copy optimization
- ensuring content accuracy and relevance
Supporting and organizing event participation:
- planning
- logistics
- materials preparation
- team coordination
Managing and developing brand communications:
- consistent visual style
- tone of voice
- templates and guidelines
Managing marketing assets and workflows
Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities:
- basic analytics (GA4, etc.)
- reporting and insights
Coordinating tasks across teams (design, sales, product)
Independently managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

4–5+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications
English proficiency at B2+ / C1 level (working proficiency)
Strong copywriting and editing skills (English-language content)
Experience managing marketing projects independently
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Confident use of CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
Advanced presentation creation skills
Solid understanding of digital channels (web, email, social) and the customer journey
Experience working with analytics (GA4, basic metrics, reporting)
Experience collaborating with external vendors and cross-functional teams
Proactive mindset and strong decision-making skills
