Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage balances in provider accounts to ensure uninterrupted service and avoid downtime.
- Handle the procurement of phone numbers (DIDs) and related services from providers as needed.
- Switch traffic routes and manage traffic flow to ensure efficiency and quality in communication services.
- Regularly communicate with providers to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation for compliance procedures in various regions, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Collaborate with VoIP providers to identify and troubleshoot any service issues.
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements with providers.
- Monitor the internal billing system and prepare detailed financial reports, ensuring accuracy in tracking usage and costs.
- Communicate with internal departments to align VoIP services with business needs and provide support on technical matters.
- Compile and deliver reports as requested by the manager, including cost analysis, traffic reports, and service quality assessments.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in the VoIP sector.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge of VoIP services, including traffic management and number provisioning.
- Ability to independently gather information, problem-solve, and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with API integrations for service management (a plus).
Education – * Higher education
- Any technical education or coursework in Computer Science or a related field will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience – * Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar position within the telecom or VoIP sector.
- Experience managing external providers, including handling procurement and service agreements.
- Experience with platforms such as Jira or other project management tools (a plus).
